Description of Service

SellMyCode is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to facilitate the sale and distribution of code. Users can create payment pages through our Service, and upon receipt of payment, buyers are automatically added to the corresponding GitHub repository to access the purchased code.

Payment Terms

As a user of SellMyCode, you agree to our payment terms. When a transaction is made through our Service, we collect a percentage of the sale as a service fee. This fee is subject to change and will be clearly communicated on our platform. Users are responsible for setting their own prices for the code they sell. All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the code they upload and sell through SellMyCode. By using our Service, users grant us a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute their code as necessary to provide and promote the Service. This license does not grant us any rights to sell or otherwise use the code for our own commercial benefit.
